About Us

Welcome to ReFleece! We believe that a well-designed product can make life more interesting, and that making the world a better place is everyone's responsibility. With many years working in the design, outdoor and solar industries behind us, we are proud to be bringing this expertise to our own products.

Our company was founded by Sam Palmer and Jennifer Feller, a husband and wife team committed to great design and sustainable practices.

An engineer, inventor, and year-round Northeast surfer, Sam's work has ranged from helping to develop the first Patagonia surfboard, to managing multimillion-dollar projects for industry-leading product design firm IDEO. He is the lead designer for ReFleece, and manages the manufacturing side of the operation. With degrees from Northeastern and Stanford, Sam is known for his easy-going style, great eye for design, and the fact that he never owns more than one pair of shoes at a time.

Jennifer Feller runs the front end of ReFleece, managing sales, marketing, and finances. A former consultant, she has 10 years of experience working with nonprofit charter schools in all phases of start up. A graduate of Yale and Harvard, Jennifer is an avid vegetable gardener, known for her stellar chicken pot pies and a slightly obsessive relationship with kale.

Leah Klein is the social media guru for ReFleece. A Boston-based food-blogger, she has a passion for farm-to-table food networks and small, local businesses. She holds office hours at the local coffee shop, where she is known as the goddess-with-the-laptop to friends and clients alike.
